Katy Perry - Peacock

I wanna see your peacock, cock, cock

Your peacock, cock

Your peacock, cock, cock

Your peacock

I wanna see your peacock, cock, cock

Your peacock, cock

Your peacock, cock, cock

Your peacock

Again another catchy song from Katy Perry. First heard this song on her MTV World Stage performance over YouTube. Got me surprised with the repeating lyrics – cock, cock, cock!! I wonder if this song will be air on our radio?? If censor “cock, cock, cock”, the song turns so weird. Hmmm.. Now i anticipate the official music video for this song, will have many peacocks..

Penang Trip Cont.

Continue from where i stop..

The accommodation that we stayed was terrible!! It was a shop lot-turn-into-motel kind of place. For uncle to go 开房 place like that.. the environment was not comfortable for sleeping. Most importantly we did not feel safe sleeping over there especially for the girls cause the security was not tight. I was thinking don’t know how many couple had sex on that bed when i look at those beds. Perhaps a gang bang as the room was large and easily fit at least 4 people.. worst part was there was an electricity breakdown on our second night and we immediately moved out despite it was already late night. Stayed at friend’s home and the next day check-in at a family suite of a 3-star hotel, large enough to fit us 10 people and best of all it came with air condition!! Penang’s weather was so hot at that time..

Didn’t go many must-visit places, i would say. Most of the time taken up to travel up and down from Butterworth to the island. Might as well we stayed at the island, right? Weird arrangement by my friend, kan?

I enjoyed the most was the watersports at Batu Ferringhi. First time played parasailing and got to see the beach from a top.

Food wise, didn’t eat much also. Initially i thought i’ll be eating char kuey teow for straight 4 days but mana tahu, only ate once at New World Park Hawker Center, some more not nice; port klang’s char kuey teow way better than that! Sisters Char Kuey Teow? Nope! Famous laksa at Kek Lok Si? Nope! Fried Oyster? Nope! (if not consider the one i ate at New World Park) Cendol? Nope! Durian? Nope! When we arrived at Gurney Drive, it was drizzling so end up went to Golden BBQ Steamboat. That’s why i did not get to eat all above food..

Now you may ask me what i eat in Penang then? Haha.. i ate Golden BBQ Steamboat which can be eaten elsewhere.. eaten T-bowl which also can be eaten at KL. You see, we went all the way to Penang but didn’t eat the specialities in Penang. Maybe i shouldn’t tell everyone that i went to Penang lah.. But then luckily bought back some snacks from Ghee Hiang.. at least to prove that i been to Penang lor..

Perhaps i should go back there once more to eat those food that i miss.. maybe end of this year with another bunch of friends.. keeping my fingers cross..

Penang Trip

Came back from The Pearl of the Orient few days ago.. it was our 4 days 3 nights trip after the finals. This was my second time been to Penang (the first time was like 10 years ago!!). This time’s trip was more exciting and more happening than previous Kukup trip. The trip was boring and all we did was playing mahjong all time. There were a few happenings and highlights during this trip that made this tour a memorable one.

We took the Transnasional express bus from Bukit Jalil to Butterworth, our destination. The first highlight, we missed our bus!! The funny part was we were at the correct terminal, waiting patiently for the bus and after some time, one of my friends sensed something is wrong and went to the counter to query for the bus and told us that our bus had just left the terminal. swt, kan?

We learned that our bus to Butterworth was scheduled to depart at Hentian Duta not at Bukit Jalil temporary express bus terminal. That’s why we couldn’t find the bus with a board saying “KL-Butterworth” lah.. Luckily the Transnasional management was good enough to arrange another bus for us to Hentian Duta. Since that day was a public holiday on Friday, we took almost an hour journey to Hentian Duta. And we were the last group of people to board and the bus departed immediately after that. Phew~~ almost miss the bus~~

The whole journey from Hentian Duta to Butterworth took us around 6 hours and we arrived there at around 9 pm. Took our dinner and shower before heading to Autocity, one of the settings in the local idol drama, Yes, Sir!. On our way there, we were stopped by policemen at the road block! Another highlights.. worst still, there were 4 girls sitting behind and 2 boys in front in a car. Just like 2 “bapak ayam” transporting the “ayam” to some hotel.. Apparently, the driver was a bit confused with the signals the policeman gave and drove off without the policeman’s approval. Because of that, the police stopped us and checked our ICs. My first time a policeman check my IC in my life..

Wow, for one day we encountered few obstacles and as my friend said: Why every time our trip will not “sun” (smooth)? Little did we know there were more highlights awaiting us on next few days..
